Artist. Tattoos and paintings
My Story
Originally I'm from Moscow, and I do speak two languages: Russian and English. In 2022, I relocated to the USA. Firstly to New York, but after 2 years I moved to Los Angeles to "Ink Garden" studio, and I'm proud to be the part of this family ! I had the opportunity to travel and create tattoos in over 20 different countries around the world. From 2017 to 2020, this was my way of life. Each month, I would be in a new location, exploring and tattooing. However after pandemic struck my traveling experience changed from working and explore to just explore. But I still travel and tattoo time to time, you can find my travel schedule: "Travel plans" page.
How did it all start? I studied graphic design, fine art and even worked a little as a freelancer, but in 2013 I started tattooing… and was surprised how boring industry is (at the time). “Why tattoo artists so rarely experiment” - I was asking myself. Tattoos are just a part of art, and you can create anything on the skin with a good imagination and technique.
When people look at my portfolio, it looks like I work in many different styles: embroidery, stickers, brushstrokes, paintings. And that’s true on the surface. But at its core, my work is about texture reproduction. I recreate textures taken from real life: embroidery, paint, paper, stickers, fabric, brushstrokes, materials you see and touch every day. I love working from real objects and translating their physical presence onto the body. What looks like different “styles” is, for me, different ways of recreating reality through texture and illusion.
I also specialize in cover-ups and tattoo fixes. I know many artists avoid this kind of work, but I genuinely enjoy it. If you have an existing tattoo you’d like to improve, rework, or cover, feel free to send references I may be able to offer solutions, because I’m especially drawn to complex, challenging projects. I enjoy tattoos that require problem-solving, precision, and patience — work that pushes both technical and artistic limits. And I do working with any skin tone.
